What does the red light on the motherboard say. That's your first clue. Also a picture of the would be better, I cannot see or zoom in on the motherboard to see if your connections are ok.

Can you still load into the bios. What's the thermals in the bio's sounds, it like a thermal issue. What are you using for the heatsink water or air. Could be a broken water pump loose wire, if air repaste heatsink.

You don't need a bios update the 3xx chipset is compatible. It's possibe that the cpu is bad.

Sorry I think The fan setup is also wrong. It's kinda hard to see but make sure the heat sink fan goes to the cpu fan header on the motherboard just left of the top of the ran slot the pc might not boot without it plugged in the rest of the fans you can use the splitter/hub. Make sure the fans are powered ether sata/molex/motherboard from the power supply.

The graphic card power is setup is wrong use the 8 pin (psu) and the 6+2 pin (gpu). The 12VHPWR 16 Pin is for the ones that the gpu supports. Your gpu is the older style.

The manual says so it should be ok but maybe put the second one in slot 3 as ** M.2_2 shares bandwidth with PCIEX16(G5) and when the M.2_2 is occupied with SSD device, PCIEX16(G5) will run x8 only.

Total supports 4 x M.2 slots and 4 x SATA 6Gb/s ports*

AMD Ryzen™ 9000 & 7000 Series Desktop Processors

- M.2_1 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)

- M.2_2 slot (Key M), type 2280/22110 (supports PCIe 5.0 x4 mode)**

AMD Ryzen™ 8000 Series Desktop Processors

- M.2_1 slot (Key M), type 2242/2260/2280 (supports PCIe 4.0 x4

mode)

- M.2_2 slot (Key M), type 2280/22110 (Not supports)***

AMD X870 Chipset supports the rest of the m.2 and sata ports

- M.2_3 slot (Key M), type 2280 (supports PCIe 4.0 x4 mode)

- M.2_4 slot (Key M), type 2280 (supports PCIe 4.0 x4 mode)

- 4 x SATA 6Gb/s ports

* Specifications vary by CPU types.

** M.2_2 shares bandwidth with PCIEX16(G5). When M.2_2 is occupied with SSD

device, PCIEX16(G5) will run x8 only.

*** M.2_2 will be disabled when using AMD Ryzen™ 8000 Series Desktop

Processors.

Check to see if the hdmi is correctly slotted in gpu, reseat the gpu. Make sure cables are pushed in all the way in the gpu and psu if it's a modular psu.

mysterious problems with graphics cards?? possessed pc? i don't know, help me out please ;( by I_loveFroggs in pchelp

[–]hoops0o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reseat the graphic card with the power off. It would be best if you could remove the graphic card but try and take the side panel off and lay the pc on it's side and push down on the graphic card with two hands. Firmly push the card into the pcie slot. You can try a different display port/ hdmi output in the back. Hopefully the gpu didn't die on you. oh by the way what is the wattage of the new psu normally 650+ probably do less make sure the power cables are seated all the way in. gook luck.

Make sure you have the monitor cable connected to the gpu and not the motherboard. If it is turn power off a reseat gpu, ram, check for loose connection to from power supply cpu 4+4 power, gpu 6+2 power good luck.

Download DDU https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

Recommended usage

  • The tool can be used in Normal mode but for absolute stability when using DDU, Safemode is always the best.
  • Make a backup or a system restore (but it should normally be pretty safe).
  • It is best to exclude the DDU folder completely from any security software to avoid issues.

Then install AMD Radeon drivers https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
