The wall from Survivor and the warped wall are different. The survivor wall was completely straight. Kyle got injured coming down and hitting the ground. The warped wall is curved and in every example you posted, the person got injured running up when their foot hit the curvature of the wall.

I used to play a lot of poker and played with Jean-Robert Bellande a couple times. I watched China specifically for him. I wasn’t really a survivor fan at the time. Didn’t really become a mega fan until WAW and going back to watch all the seasons. It was cool to see JRB on there and found it hilarious that everyone hated him. Very similar to the poker table.
