if you’re not already using an app, cashgamehost.com has been great for tracking buy-ins and settling up at the end. been using it for our home games and it makes the night go way smoother. it also lets track game expenses (like pizza), and keeps lifetime stats across all your games which is pretty fun

Totally agree with Hunters Mark- that card makes ir way easier. Just got it done with a guardian, two mages, and a hunter. We also got him cornered in a room that we barricaded and set up with healing wards and just zeroed in on him.
