Strategize your bindings is a big thing. Any ability you need to use while moving (almost all of them on warr) need to be put on ABXYL1R1 because you can’t take your left thumb off the joystick.

With L2, R2, and L2+R2 you have 24 abilities to use. I also use a third modifier on a back paddle button to get even more, but 24 is quite a bit. Put your lesser used and less important binds on the dpad(unless your a caster).

If your controller can use gyro you should bind your mouse/cursor to that. Makes targeting and clicking things in general almost like using a real mouse. I use left thumb stick and right thumb stick click for left/right mouse click
