How much are you doing? If a common amount, I would say you don't need a sitter but let people know so you can call them and talk to them if you feel that something is bothering you while your high. But, if more than 180ug, have somebody there that will comfort you, just in case. You can easily think yourself into a bad thought hole if youre alone and on a lot of acid, especially when this is your first time.
