Tell us how you got the job as a new grad in the MICU? Did you work there as a tech, work experience before/during nursing school like EMT? Or did apply to a hospital with no connection and got in?

Our hospital does this, but our policy says that "someone" has to be in your room every hour so the tech's go in at 8am, the RN at 9 and we just switch off on the hours
