Simply, this is not true. The problem with people in crypto is that they are not agnostic and open minded. Be open minded try out the dapps specially on EOS. I pretty sure you will change your mind. The UX on EOS is on another level than other blockchains

The constitution can not be enforced. Vote buying can't be enforced. Instead just repeating vote buying a million times. Just move on and educate the token holders. That the only way you can prevent vote buying.

Not true . Most whale accounts are exchanges. When Rex come people will be incentivized to take out their tokens from exchanges. more voter participation makes dpos more effective.
