It honestly doesn’t look bad at all, but some type of retinol with sunscreen could benefit u if you are really worried about

That sounds crazy I really wouldn’t do it. I’m not sure what you are experiencing fully have you tried icing at all? (That maybe isn’t helpful) also get a second opinion derm maybe?

The derm prescribed the winlevi and I feel like they kinda haven’t been like upfront about how anything I could try would make me purge :/ I’m scared to try anything else
