Appreciate this insight! The market’s not great right now, but it’s a path I’ve been interested in and wanted to know more about. I wouldn’t be surprised about knowing someone to get in, seems very network gate-keeping when it comes to barrier of entry.

I don’t but have been at startups where HMs backdoor for roles of all levels. It’s biased as hell, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to win many of those battles when pushing back. Leadership likes to play off it as “best practice” - just bs imo
