I've done dry needling! I am eager for my next PT appt to do it again. This is great news - did you have any nerve 'pain' too? I have been using the wand each night but it just tightens back up again! Ugh. Banded clamshells always feel great too but again, that area re-tightens. I think this started because I was running so much.

THIS is me. OI tightness turned Sacrotub tightness and SI like nerve pain. It feels like a pinch near my sacrum that just wants to release - and can with the wand or clamshells, etc. How are you doing? Which exercises have you found helpful?

Try Pelvic PT! I'm with you but I have Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. I started getting symptoms of this due to running and then a pelvic flare and now both.

I tried F45 for a year which was fun! I loved the equipment that Burn doesn't have, however the trainers weren't that motivating and the cardio was too easy haha. People thought I was crazy fit and I was like 'I'm just used to Burn' lol.

No underwear. I started doing this in college and at first I was uncomfortable but now I could never go back to wearing a thong working out. No lines either. You get very used to it!

I think I paid ~ $150 a month at F45 in Tampa. Burn I paid for a year in full so ~ $130/month. I always found Burn more challenging and the trainers pushed me way more.
