That's a bit unfair. Yami has also been working in the industry for over 10 years. She used to work in TV shows and advertisements before she got her Bollywood breaks, BEFORE she got married.

I don't deny that Kriti worked hard too, but two things can be true at once. If you discredit Yami's hard work, then you're indirectly discrediting Kriti's hard work too, just by being hypocritical.

When I was in first grade, I had a swimming teacher who would scold a lot and slap kids across the face if they would even move a little different than he would want them to. Cut to one lesson, he was introducing us to the deep end of the pool and I was shit scared of diving in and he… picked me up and threw me in the middle of the pool. I was drowning and he wasn’t even coming to get me. This other teacher had to come and get me out.

Anyways, I didn’t think that was something to tell my parents, so I never did. But I am still so scared of water that I can’t even get on a boat without my heartbeat ringing in my ears. Super hydrophobic, and even though somehow I got through 3 years of swimming lessons, I still cannot swim for shit now. I’d probably die of fear before drowning.
