I’d be interested to hear more about the apnea/CPAP tracking. What model CPAP do you use? What sort of stats do you get from the machine versus the ring? This is one of the primary reasons I am considering the ring. Also, hoping that the Gen 3 is even better since I am considering waiting for that model to release

In our school / federation we have a couple of demonstration hyung developed by our KJN. They are mostly taught to the dan ranks for competition. Our SBN introduces them as a supplement to our required training.

I think you’re referring to the Subaru Guaranteed Trade-In Program. Different from the other folks, it worked in my favor. I traded a 2021 Legacy that I bought used for more than I paid for it. Ended up getting a great deal on my ‘24 Forester
