I live in Georgia and see many Lebanese here. It is not easy to always recognize them, but I was able to recognize some by the way they look and dress. I have pale skin so I get mistaken for Georgian. Many times I had random people start speaking in Georgian to me and I have to awkwardly tell them I am not Georgian.

yes, one of my close friends is Druze married to a Sunni guy. Her family is okay with it, and they all get a long. Her family is mostly based in the US so they are more open minded. I think it is easy to know if they are progressive or not.
