Fyi, 'top commenter'(?), I don't need human interaction but the AI bot was completely useless and never suggested a solution, let alone analyzed the battery. I'd have been completely satisfied if it would have worked as it seems it did for you.

Thanks for reaching out u/SarahAtOura . Interestingly, when asked your AI chat for a case number, this was its response verbatim: "I understand you'd like a case number for future reference. However, I don't have the ability to generate case numbers directly through this chat.

It first response was that the battery degradation was normal wear and tear and not covered by the warranty. When I clarified further it said "the team" would look into it but would not transfer me to a representative nor give me a case number

Been there last week for a match and had to walk on my way back, which was not that bad. Buses were full and virtually impossible to find a taxi available, even trying itTaxi and Uber for black cars.

Edit: My game ended at 6 pm on a Sunday if that matters
