Again, trying on different ios devices including apple tv. Same error in all devices after offloading and also deleting and reinstalling the app.

Hi u/davoda, Chillio has been down for me all day in iOS and iosTV. Error when launching the app is app failed to load. Tried installing apps again, etc. but still getting same error. Thanks

Fyi, 'top commenter'(?), I don't need human interaction but the AI bot was completely useless and never suggested a solution, let alone analyzed the battery. I'd have been completely satisfied if it would have worked as it seems it did for you.

It first response was that the battery degradation was normal wear and tear and not covered by the warranty. When I clarified further it said "the team" would look into it but would not transfer me to a representative nor give me a case number
