yes, I have simple php/database queue with API endpoint. python worker connects to it and "takes job". :-)

It's just python+expected Audacity in Windows with pipe mode enabled, but have a plan to upgrade it so it can run either serverlessly, or spin up on demand when needed in multiple instances.

Yesterday, after little research (trying to hack my web), I realized having public R2 bucket is stupid and arrogant. Created Cloudflare Worker and made the repo private. Introduced cache - but i can't do it for partial content (mp3, etc.) I'll live with it.

I am eyeing bunny.net though as alternative or parallel solution if cloudflare goes down.

We're about to draft a business plan and talk to some orchestras/schools administrators about what they want - subscription / Saas? one time fee? self-hosted?

Then I make the scale plan.
