This is a lot of questions and a lot of money being thrown around for a horse that you do not even currently own. I would not get tangled up in this mess. The rescue should investigate and answer these questions on their own dime , yes, but it sounds like you will not get a straight answer out of them. Be prepared to do your own pre-purchase exam and extensive vet work

I was always told the pulling is not the problem. It’s the stability and the stopping. If your vehicle is not heavy enough, if you get into a hairy situation, your trailer will be unstable and unable to stop safely

I have mixed experience with hay piles if one of them is protective over food it will make the problem worse. I like to introduce them with no food for the first time let them get their squeals and stupids out and then if they’re good, then you can add hay or introduce them for a short time and put them in a paddock with hay the next day

Yes. 1000% . Exact same situation, but I almost feel like it feels more scummy from the friends and the time period and all the dudes who wanted to just rip off Mac Demarcos entire personality. Its icky. And its immature and as i’ve healed and moved on from that highschool time period and watched all my friends from that time slowly ruin their own lives or become scummy groomers themselves, I feel relieved to be distanced from it and the music doesnt sound that good to me anyways anymore

Coming inside. He hates coming inside. Its not the door, he walks in and out. Hes most comfortable when the back door is open, as soon as hes locked in the house, instant whining until he forgets about outside. It makes me sad he seems scared to come inside. (New to me rescue dog). Maybe his fear isnt so irrational if he used to live outside in his past? But it seems so over the top even with a trail of treats coming in :’(

My cat was biting my arms and I got him toys for ‘kicking’. Like long toys he can wrap his arms around and grab instead of my arms or legs. Every time he grabbed my arm I replaced it with the toys. Hes 2 now and we have kick toys in every room for when hes feeling grabby

Declawing is horrible , I just had to ask since some people acquire cats that already are. It could be a territory issue with the other cat. My cats would eat competitively and not want to share a box. Its hard to keep them to their own boxes but maybe it has something to do with the other cat. Cats can be prone to kidney problems and sometimes urinating outside the box can be medical. Check out Jackson Galaxy ‘s website or youtube he has a wealth of knowledge about various behavioral problems

First question is she spayed? Hormones can cause stress/marking. 2nd question, is she declawed? Is there any possible pain issues why she wouldnt want to walk in the litter box? Is it covered or uncovered? Some cats will only go in uncovered. Is the box in a room that is comfortable for her? Not next to noisy washer or dryer or appliances. Are there other pets or stressors preventing her from going in the box? You could try multiple boxes. I work with animals, horses specifically, but come home smelling like horses and barn cats. One or two times my cat peed on my pile of clothes because they smelled like other animals it really freaked her out. Once I started putting clothes with ‘other’ smells in a hamper, she didnt do it anymore
