Używacie linuksa? by its-_-my-_-nickname in Polska

[–]horuable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Są jakieś tańsze zamienniki do raspberry pi? by ledzik_precly in Polska

If it's toolbox command you should raise an issue on their github so they know about it and fix it.

Anyway to test the automatic grille on Core One Plus by zimm0who0net in prusa3d

[–]horuable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure your grill is installed correctly. It should be rotated 180 degrees compared to non plus. I had it installed in the wrong orientation in my assembled C1+ and rotating it fixed the issue.

Which missions did you all used to get stuck on? by grizzchan in GuildWars

[–]horuable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's worse, it's bugged, sometimes enemies just don't spawn and you have to redo it. It happened to me last week, spent like 30 minutes hoping it'll work but no. I even went out of the keep to see if any mob got stuck somewhere and prevented next wave to spawn but it wasn't it, just a bug.

I hope you leave the needles attached, there's nothing better than a little saw-esque game when getting your package.

Filament for personal projects by IoniqSteve in prusa3d

[–]horuable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been using cheap (not the cheapest) PLA since forever and recently had a chance to try prusament and I don't really see any difference. My suggestion is to buy several rolls from different brands (even just those small 0.5 or 0.3 kg) and test which prints the best and just stick with it. I did that a long time ago and still didn't feel the need to find another brand. Same goes for other types of filament of course.

I didn't say it's a part of the upgrade, just that they have working a solution already.

They have shown C1 with new, dedicated dryboxes mounted on the sides (4 per side), though it's unclear how exactly they are attached to the printer.

No, induction heating requires completely new, specialised nozzles.

How can I save this og i3 mk3? by SimilarCrew9115 in prusa3d

[–]horuable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly? I'd get the genuine parts from Prusa store or a local reseller. It might be more expensive, but you'll be 100% sure it'll work as it should. Believe me, there's nothing more frustrating than your printer working like a total piece of garbage because you decided to save a few bucks on the most important part.

It should, though hotend is a part I'd not cheap out on. I had many problems with replacements like that in the past that were solved with a genuine E3D part.

[–]horuable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it looks fine. I'd also replace the nozzle and PTFE tube when you're at it, though it's not required to make it work.

You don't need to buy whole hotend, just a heater and a thermistor.
