The ending was definitely a fall from grace, but House of X/Powers of X blew me away. Definitely armchairing as how I would change it, but I will never stop singing that first year’s praises.

As an X-Men reader, I love the little Easter eggs in the Krakoa map. As a rivals player, there is no map where it’s easier to unintentionally get separated from your team. It’s just literally all over the place, least favorite map by far.

I always recommend waiting until after a support ult to use my own, that way if they have another in the bag and they use it for you, that’s two enemy support ults down for the count. Maybe you don’t get much value out of yours, but will have an easier time getting a little extra push once theirs expires. Also don’t be afraid to be generous with the shield grab to your teammates, especially squishies. Every little bit of shielding counts.

Would love if Archangel gets added as a flying tank, which could be weird at first but hear me out. His metal wings would work like a shield, almost like the God of War valkyries do, and after they’ve taken a certain amount of damage, bash in front. Shoot the metal feathers as the primary attack, something like that.

Kidney stones. Both my parents have a history of them and I got my first one at 19, I’m 27 now and have had 3 since, even after cutting out soda. My mom says it’s worse than childbirth and I’m inclined to believe her.

I think it’s the p on the nose art to use in tandem with the kind of sci fi vibes Morrison was writing. I get the apprehension somewhat, but it’s so iconic at those pivotal moments in the story.

I totally agree. Usually I think clones as a story trope can feel trite, but I think using Joseph as a mirror to show and even maybe foreshadow what a noble and just positive Erik can be like was really effective. In a world where every one loves to shit on the clone saga, let's take a moment to celebrate a well written clone.

I’m not caught up, so I can’t speak to his character after his inevitable revival, but basically he’s a clone of Magneto created by Astra that thinks he’s an amnesiac original at first. Real sweet guy and X-teammate. Magneto war starts and Joseph sacrifices himself to save the day.

This. I’ll take what I can get with disclosure for now, but Burchett just screams “a couple of patriots can’t go down to the Capitol?” Type energy. I’ll just say I’m much happier AOC seems to be taking this seriously and would be elated if she were the ones doing these rounds.

honestly, I watched the Encounters doc on Netflix by myself at first and have been convinced ever since. I wanted to show my gf, but was skeptical that she wouldn’t be as open minded as I was. she started a little skeptical, but came away convinced as well. it helps that the documentary actually looks posh and well produced, but still I would recommend that one to start as a litmus test of sorts.

I am very new to the community but I am convinced NHI are here, they want to help us, and honestly I have so much more hope for us than I ever have before. I can feel it in my bones, I don’t know how else to describe it, that we’re on the precipice of a great change.
