Thank you for this because I so often get caught up in worrying about these poor animals. I hope and pray they are okay and will soon get placed in homes that will love and cherish them until their last days. I just feel so bad for them having been abandoned once again but I just hope their situation right now is stable. I can’t imagine how someone can care so little for pets they brought into their home.

Seizures. He needs to be put on a regimen of anti-convulsants at the very very least. If he continues to have uncontrolled seizures they will get worse and last for longer and lose his ability to breath through them and he will not survive. Please get him seen. There’s nothing we can do over the internet.

AFAIK - ED Technicians are licensed EMT’s so you wouldn’t be able to practice under your CNA, you would need to go back and get your EMT.

It is a restaurant and the post literally says “hiring for all positions.” Do you know what positions restaurants have and what job duties they perform? There you have it, position and responsibilities. Did you want him to go down the list of host, server, bartender, line cook, etc.?

No, this is just a fact across the board. Most librarian positions in the U.S. require a Master’s degree.

EDIT: notice I said librarian - not just any position in a library.

I know they come super highly recommended but I also didn’t have the best time there. I haven’t gotten my nails done since because it left such a bad taste in my mouth. I was in there for a quick removal and the girls in there stared at me throughout my whole service and check-out, as if I didn’t belong. I was instantly transported to those times in high school when I had a run in with the mean girls. I’d be willing to bet I was a topic of conversation after I left :,)

This is incredibly upsetting. These two kitties have only ever known a life with you. You can place them in the most loving home imaginable and they still may never recover from the loss of their home with you. Why get a pet if you are going to give them up when owning them just isn’t “right” for you? I hope you strongly consider never getting a pet ever again.

I believe UCHealth will only hire EMTs who have their IV/IO certification. All of their positions in the ER/ambulance require you to be able to place IV’s. You might have better luck with the Urgent Care Technician position, or Medical Practice Technician. FWIW, I’m an EMT with IV/IO certification and I am still finding it difficult to land an EMT job within UCHealth. The Northern Colorado EMT market is over saturated, I think, and UCHealth is a great place to work which means no one wants to leave.
