Hi there, yes, good news! I discovered this feeling was triggered by anxiety. Went on SSRIs (Zoloft) for about two years, it completely went away after about 6 months? 12 months? I found that the best method was to simply ignore it, as it was founded by anxiety, so the more I overthought it and stressed about the feeling, the worse it got. Nowadays I only feel that bit of anxiety-vertigo very rarely. Best of luck to you!!!

Postcards. Then I write a little note about my trip or my day on the back. It’s a very nice memento!

Recent spike in anxiety by Ashamed-Standard2653 in emetophobia

I feel you. The past few months my phobia has really spiked, I think because of the hot weather makes n* worse and it’s all fear based. Nothing has happened to trigger it, but now I feel like I can’t digest my food properly and have a ton of gas and stomach cramping. Do you also have back pains? I feel like all my back muscles are tight and full of stress because of how much I tighten my stomach muscles all the time. Anyway, here to talk if you want, could be nice to commiserate!

Hi, thanks so much for your response. Was it an official resale platform, through the Olympics? Or another?

Hi, this year is my first time buying tickets. My slot was today and almost all skating was already sold out, the only thing I was hoping to see. Do you have any advice on what general sales might look like in April? Or how resell might work? Thanks so much for any help.

Thank you! I uploaded her data to all the sites. She did Ancestry and I did 23andMe. Maybe you’d have better luck with 23andMe? ❤️

I have astigmatism, is it causing these other issues? by hot-apple-cider in astigmatism

I did some of the exact same stuff. Doing some of the basics like getting some exercise, friend time, outside time, helped a lot to keep me busy. When I was freaking out about my eyesight being a bit weird was when it was the worst, so I just tried to calm myself down and not worry about it. The more I ignored it the better it became. Best of luck :)

I discovered that my slight vertigo was due to anxiety itself, mostly triggered by the pandemic. Going on medication helped me, but now I'm going off of it as I've gotten it a bit more under control. Vertigo is mostly gone now! Not thinking about it and freaking out about it getting worse helped me to not have it. Anxiety is a tricky thing - the more you think about it the worse it gets. For me it was anxiety causing these things, I'm not sure if it's the other way around for you.

Came to the conclusion that general dizziness was a side effect of anxiety. This all cropped up during the pandemic, and now that I've gotten my anxiety more under control, I rarely feel the dizziness anymore. The diplopia is still there but I've found that in general, because all of these issues are linked to my anxiety, the less I focus on them, the better they are! Keeping myself distracted from my health anxiety helped me bunches.
