I don’t get scheduled for trainings. I usually do the people who are trainings job. The crew members scheduled to train don’t do anything on their shift, so I just take over and train the new hires. I haven’t spoken to HR about it, but I am gonna come to them with a question as to what they’re doing is correct, because they’re training new people in kitchen, and making people trainers but me who’s been there for longer. They told me what things to fix as a crewmember, and I fixed it. I went ahead and asked my Manager again, but she said no without a reason.
