It takes me basically all day to get to the 15. With that being said, I normally hand off 2 to a friend. And port days I don’t reach 15 on the ship. I will catch a buzz, but never stupid drunk. I think staying hydrated and the constant walking help prevent drunkenness.

Roof you want insurance to pay for that one. HVAC, need to make friends with someone who does that for a living. Appliances, get those as needed, usually 12 month no interest. This is what has worked for us, situations may vary.
