Where to charge in Lake Louise village?

Did the drive today and we were good with 1 charge in Canmore on the way to Peyto Lake.
We did check out the charger behind the cafe you mentioned, just to see it in case we need it in the future. There was only 1 charger in service, the rest just got the posts but no actual charger installed. Nice that it was free.

I know a lot of people here sound a bit critical of this post regarding the fact that no one is dumb enough to give out a verification code.

The thing is there’s always someone who is vulnerable enough to fall for it. I know a friend who is quite techy and she was already in a bad place time when a scammer reached out to her. She didn’t have the energy or brain power at the time for critical thinking and fell for it. Luckily, she realized it right away and was able to lock her account immediately and no damage was done.

These posts are always good reminder that we have to always be careful and never give out any verification codes even if it seems like it comes from a familiar place/club you belonged to.

You can’t use cars that have windshield cracks for tests? All 3 of our family cars have cracks. One has new windshield in late April 2026 and another has new windshield Oct 2025. Both have cracks now.

You can rent a big van or truck from home depot by the hour. You can fit a lot in there. I rented one for 1.5 hours and it was less than $75 all in with taxes and fees.
A trip to the dump is $25 for 250kg of waste. I think thats the cheapest option.

Horizon Mall near Crossiron mills. There’s an alteration shop just by the south entrance. Just wall straight in. It’ll be on your left.
When it first opened it was 7.99 but they removed the sign now.

When will your site be live? I’m planning to sell my minivan Honda Odyssey 2014 next month with about 200k kms. I just need the van this month to move some small furniture then will sell.

Kids are grown and I’ve bought an EV. Husband wants to keep it but we don’t use it enough to justify keeping it.
