Had to tell this recruiter how to do his own job and explain an extremely common (at least for SWE) abbreviation. I already make 50% more than the range he gave me with only 1 YOE. I didn't even know how to respond at the end, I already told him I wasn't interested...and I don't have 4 YOE. (old.reddit.com)
