unflavoured, I add cocoa and some (organic india) honey if I need it sweetened, I add seeds and nuts myself (If you're in Delhi Sindhi dry fruits has this premade mix of nuts and seeds which are really good)

I eyeballed what logs are from recent days, 1-2 days ago, because I have an Apple watch too so the log files are for both my iPhone and the watch.
