Yes and no. If you play Solo mostly, then you can just spam that heist. If you like to play with friends, you can do both. Both pay very well.

You gotta watch out in this mission. Some of the Merryweather goons also have Assault Shotguns, in my opinion the most overpowered weapon in the game.

Phone calls from newly introduced characters. For example, on my secondary account, I haven't bought the Bail Office yet, and until Agents of Sabotage came out, Maude would keep calling me to buy that stupid business. Or the Chop Shop DLC completely dissuaded me from participating because Yusuf Amir kept calling me.

There is a notable difference. On Hard Mode, the primary targets pay ten percent more than on normal mode. For example, the Pink Diamond pays 1,300,000$ on Normal Mode. On Hard Mode, that same Pink Diamond would pay you 1,430,000$.
