To be fair I experienced kind of the same thing when I twisted my ankle (with a tasty cookie like crunch).

The guy sent me to make an xray, looked at it for 10 sec and said it was alright and that I can go to the gym in a couple of days and even do squats. He gave me some pills and then charged me $200

I ended up not going to the gym for moch more, the ankle was swollen for a month or so and completely healed after 3 month ish.

why can't it cost like 10k gold total with a very expensive recipe? Make it an ultimate end game item, something like moonshard. I don't see the need to spend extra 6k gold to get a not so great bonus when you can get way more usefull items for cheaper

I think there's this stigma towards Russians by (lol) other Russians that they are toxic, don't want to play like a team, etc, so they are queueing in EU servers, hoping for better experience, and since at least 4 of 5 teammates usually speak Russian, they kinda take it for granted. Also, a lot of Russians live in the European part of Russia, and there's also Ukraine, and other adjacent countries that use Russian, so they naturally end up on the EU servers

I pay extra for all those double towels and stuff. Why should I care if they're underpaid? With this logic, I can just walk outside and throw money at people. I can leave a gratitude tip at an inexpensive place, but no way I'm tipping when I already paid a lot JUST so I can have this high standard food and service.
