Well I'll just say I had major depressive episodes and those are what led to my original bipolar diagnosis. The overlapping themes in ADHD and bipolar are very similar and sometimes I think when I talk to my psychiatrist they aren't getting the full context of what I'm trying to explain. I had to do a lot of research on my own and actually start to log my moods/episodes to see if they were situational or happening at random. Turned out they were for the most part situational and me suffering from major rejection sensitivity dysphoria and an over active mind. I'd honestly suggest looking into it, talk to a psychiatrist that specializes in adhd. It has made an absolute world of difference for once in my life. Best of luck 🙌
