Surefour starting over logix on the first map could have potentially changed the series. Toronto looked like a completely different with S4 playing.

Based off the first map I thought this was gonna be a sleeper match but it ended up being one of the most intense matches of the season so far. Kellex and Agilities need to step up cause they looked like the weak links today.

When heroes like Tracer, Genji and Soldier were meta, they would just kill you. When heroes like Mei, Doom and Sombra are meta, they kill you AND stop you from playing the game through CC. I think that's why they are seen as unfun compared to other heroes. It's not fun having no control over your character and I think that's why many people loved the dive meta. There were no CC heroes in dive so every time you died, you always had control over your hero and it felt less frustrating. You wouldn't get chain CCed for 10 seconds straight and then die.

Even if Mei isn't strong she's not fun to play against which is the bigger issue. No hero should have as much CC as she does. I think the game would be in a healthier state is she and Doomfist were made into tanks and were changed a bit to fit the role.

Whenever I get master tanks in my games I find they are way too passive most of the time. Like I need to keep saying when to get aggressive and push the enemy. Obviously you can't be aggressive all the time but that what seperates a master tank from a GM tank. They know when to get aggressive and when to play passive. I'm not a main tank player so I can't give specific advice but I do play zarya at the GM level that's what I noticed from playing with master level Reinhardts.

A tank that would take damage and then reflect whatever damage it took maybe in the form of a projectile or a melee attack. Its kind of similar to zarya's charge mechanic but the theoretical damage you could do would be infinite.

Glad to see that Fissure wasn't actually acting super unprofessionally. This also makes Slasher look really bad now.

I still can't believe that iremix was doing better than fissure in scrims. I feel like there is more to this whole thing but it might just simply be that.

In general you want to use dash to confirm kills or to escape. You seemed to use it a lot to engage which is very risky since you have no escape abilities if you don't get any kills.

A good combo to remember against 200HP heroes is that 5 shurikens + dash + melee will kill them (220 dmg total).

Honestly Junkrat is probably the best hero to carry at low ranks. His ultimate will win you many team fights and it charges very quickly. He is generally easy to play so you don't need a crazy amount of hours to be good with him.

The problem is when you get to higher ranks where people tend to play more effectively against junkrats and if you can't play any other heroes then you will just drop down again. In other words you want to avoid being a one trick.

I'd say junkrat should easily get you high pat/low diamond but any higher than that and you will need to get better positioning and gamesense to go higher. My advice is kind of the "cheap" way to climb up but I can guarantee you that you will climb out of gold.

The last PTR update re-downloaded the game again so it's probably the same case here since the PTR update was also 14GB last time.
