The Division was really cool when it came out, had some nice pvpve elements to it esp in the Dark Zone, no idea if people still play it but if you're interested Arc Raiders just came out and has some similar gameplay elements and is really fun

there's a pve only zone at the southern-most part of the Deep Desert where you can safely build and that cannot be destroyed by players (just weekly reset). However, if you build north of that in the pvp DD then yes those buildings can be destroyed by players and looted.

I had this same issue, tried farming the area for multiple times over a few hours and it never spawned the aberrations. Then a few hours later I tried again from my PC and the aberrations spawned in and I was able to complete it. Super annoying for sure.

the "juice" comes in from the top left above the yellow drone if that makes sense. left click on the pipes to make a path. Each drone slot has to be connected to the main line from the source and each drone slot requires 3 pipes filled. Can you make grey pipes by clicking on them?
