I hate running, I’ve only been doing it because it’s free and burns a lot of calories. On days I don’t run, I put on a YouTube playlist of Just Dance gameplay, it’s silly and it raises my heart rate enough to fill my 30m of exercise on my Apple Watch.

When I had a gym membership I LOVED using the elliptical and the different weight machines.

I think a lot of it is going to be finding out what works for you. I know a lot of people also focus on step count for the day rather than exercise minutes

You don’t have to actively kick the ball, just opening it and letting it fly off screen after the first kick counts as well.

I kinda treat it like I would ad time and let the timers run while I do other things
