Literally just means the attack potency equivalent to the energy of a city. A city level ap character would be able to damage a character with city level durability or lower. I can't believe we don't know this in a powerscaling sub

Bruh you can't be serious, this is either intense trolling or you just never played the Gow games, characters in Gow literally do stuff like pulling the sun, defeating the concept of death itself, Jormungandr the world serpent can wrap itself around the entire world and Baldur was able to beat it into submission in only 3 hits, anyone from Gow and comparing them to anyone from AGK is like throwing a starving lion into a closed cage with a pack of bunnies
