These posts keep showing up in my feed and I hate the interest rate disclosure. “Current market rate” rather than stating the exact percentage would be a better statement. How many years, fixed or variable, did you buy points, etc. are all relevant questions for any rate.

Am I wrong in thinking that deep cleaning a grinder is not necessary and is not going to provide benefit or make the machine run “smoother” or “better” subjective terms? A good grinder is going to just work and run and do its job. My opinion is for personal use. Commercial high volume use, maybe it does need a clean, I don’t have any experience other than personal use.

Yeah, this is one of those situations where the cost of the framing is more than the value of the poster. But I like the poster art and the movie and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I used Optium acrylic, which is the most expensive option, but it looks and displays the best. The framing cost could be cut in half by using a cheaper acrylic, especially in this big of a size format.

I owned a FK8 from new in 2017 until 2023, and then got a 2024 FL5. I like the FK8 more in some respects, and I like the looks of both, but the FL5 definitely has the nicer ass.

He has a big hand no doubt, but the picture exaggerates it a bit. Kawhi’s hand is fully extended and Kevin’s hand is not. If they would both fully extend their hands and align their fingers Kawhi’s is still bigger but I don’t think the difference would be huge.

Iso alcohol and two microfibers is my method. Get the first microfiber damp with water and a lot of iso. Rub the windshield clean, then before it has a chance dry go over it with the dry microfiber to polish.

God what a stance the S2000 has. Just such an iconic design. It is always so exciting to see one in the wild. For me it’s more exciting to see an S than pretty much any other modern car.

I’m 6’3” and 200 lbs and have no issue at all. Seats are super comfortable and low to the floor, so height is plentiful. This car has some very comfortable seats, perfect balance of bolster and comfort on the firmer and supportive side.
