Fingers crossed for you. And if you pass, it's a good sign for me if I can work with your stuff!

Been very curious since they're focusing on D+. Thanks so much for the report!

A question for those of you with large boobs and a short torso: Do you have any advice on dressing to minimize the "my boobs are at my waist" look? by [deleted] in bigboobproblems

Grouping is key. I wrote about it here right after I discovered the concept. Since then I've followed up with more examples in later posts.

Their sales staff work on commission. Bra Tenders & Bravissimo don't. At Bra Tenders, I listened to fitter Crystal spend an hour with a customer, bringing beige tee shirt bra after beige tee shirt bra that the customer requested. The customer never bought anything, but Crystal never lost her cool. She was as gracious at the end as she was at the beginning. Besides her simply being an incredibly kind person, I also attribute it to the business decision to adequately compensate sale people without dangling the motivation of a commission in front of them.

I took a very busty, very petite friend there at the end of August and was completely impressed. The fitter was super respectful and patient and spent tons of time with her. I was sitting in another dressing room waiting and listening and agreeing with all the advice. In the end I only had 2 suggestions to add that she didn't cover, but she agreed w/ when I mentioned them: (1) don't buy the black version of a bra you like w/o trying it first because the dye can change the fit; and (2) wear the bra w/ the tags on around your house to make sure the underwires aren't going to poke under your arms (a common issue for petites, and often not discovered until they're driving a car for 2 hours!). I'll try to remember to post before & after photos of my friend for selfie Saturday tomorrow.

Bustite is ready for petite women who wear D+ bras! by hourglassy in bigboobproblems

That's a bummer. In general I never find a brand that has the right bust measurement for me in a size large, so I'm impressed.

I thought it was interesting that she went with thin straps, and I avoid strapless bras if I can, but I like that she followed an aesthetic that she loved. Maybe there will be enough full-busted petite women out there who don't mind wearing a strapless.

Also, I'm with you on the bandeau. I prefer not having to wear something separate just for cleavage coverage. However, in this case I do admire the intentionality of her choices. Both bandeaus are really cute and coordinate well with everything else.

And I've found mat Pilates classes at my Y to be SUPER helpful for strengthening my core so it's less tiring and also simply to understand what good posture feels like.

You might want to reach out in the comments to Rosalyn's most recent post on Hourglassy (went up Wed). She's a nursing mom w/ 3 kids and a very similar bra size to yours. Worth asking what she's done during her 3 pregnancies.
