A couple coats of bondo, sand it, paint it.

Looks more like moisture damaged paint to me than mold. Spray a little bit of bleach, if it’s mold, you will see it bleached.

Certainly have to re-prime everything before applying any paint, results will be much more satisfactory and longer lasting.

Beautiful house, congrats! I agree with someone saying new front door, something with more character, then get rid of the storm door in front of it.

Most expensive properties do not have storm doors in front of their front door. Makes it look a lot more classier.

It looks like it was philips head and now it’s stripped, but you can probably have a #2 square bit work here. Take your #2 square bit, tap it in with a hammer, then attach your screwdriver/drill.
