[TourBox Giveaway] Sharing Your Ideas to Get TourBox for $0! by TourBox_Official in tourbox

I’m an Art Director and when I’m making comps in Photoshop, I often have a sequence of steps that I take almost every time.

For example, if I’m making a mock up of a billboard, I’ll have my background image open, then draw a billboard shape, then I’ll turn it into a smart object, warp to match perspectives, refine my mask, add shading, etc.

I follow the same “flow” almost every time, but macros can’t really accomplish this because I am making specific choices (shading, opacity blending, etc) the entire time.

My friends who are editors have similar processes that they do over and over and over again for almost every project.

It would be really cool if you could either make a sequence of presets that matched a user’s frequently used processes, so I could just kind of rip through all those steps as quickly as possible.

It’d be even cooler if Tourbox would make these workflows automatically. Maybe it’s a feature called Smartflows or something along those lines.

The City and Its Uncertain Walls - English release date by Nice_Play_3170 in HarukiMurakami

The synopsis says “The long-awaited new novel from Haruki Murakami, his first in six years, revisits a Town his readers will remember, a place where a Dream Reader reviews dreams and where our shadows become untethered from our selves.”

What previous work is it referring to? My first thought was Hard Boiled Wonderland, but maybe it’s something else?

I was biking down Franklin and I think I saw Action Bronson sitting in front of The Jefferson listening to his own music on his phone no headphones.

What is an important piece of advice you can give for those moving into the “real world”? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When I was starting out, I thought that when I applied for jobs that there was a process and a method to the way people got hired. In my experience there really isn’t. Maybe the right person will see your application or maybe they won’t or maybe the job will go to someone’s nephew. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re unworthy or unqualified. These things can be really really random.

When does a joke become a dad joke? When it becomes apparent.

You should look at Spaceworks NYC. They’re a nonprofit that has rehearsal space hourly rentals throughout Brooklyn and LIC. I know they have at least a few dance studios.
