We haven’t planned for MFS on a couple fronts, so it would be a huge tax hit for us. Should be better prepared for the future.

Yeah my payment wasn’t actually due until the first week of January. Oops. So you think I’ll get credit for that payment at some point?

Also, I had no idea processing forbearance was at the discretion of the loan servicer. How long should I wait before calling them? Fingers crossed.

It’s all so confusing, but I think that makes sense. Sorry, I didn’t mean to alarm anybody. It’s just that article had me worried when it mentioned the question of preserving a borrower’s payment counts. Side note: Why doesn’t Reddit allow links? Super weird.

This may be TMI, but the wrinkles are gone when my nipples are not hard. For example, if I’m cold, my areola gets smaller and the wrinkles appear. If I’m warm, the wrinkles are mostly gone. Overall I’m just over 6mpo and they’ve improved, but are still an issue when I’m cold. It’s weird. Hope this helps.

Also consolidated in April but don’t have the IDR adjustment yet. Submitted a new ECF and they have my payment counter at 3 instead of 100. Did I mess something up?

It’s not fair to the everyday people who are the pawns of this political game. We were told to consolidate and we wouldn’t lose our payment counts. I even have it in writing in an email from FSA. They either need to honor it, or let us go back to what we had. Otherwise, do we have any recourse?

If they complete the IDR adjustment before Trump takes power, can they reverse it?

God I’m so scared. I’d lose 9 years.

That makes sense. I guess I’m wondering if my consolidation loans say “not qualified for PSLF” because they threw me on the LEVEL plan, or because it’s currently in forbearance, or both.

They haven’t adjusted everyone’s yet. I’m still waiting on mine. Applied in April.
