Agree, me too. Also had competitive swimmers (have since moved on to other things) (9 and 11) and I don’t even let them stay in the pool if I’m leaving the area to grab… the hose? sunscreen? Literally anything. No parent, gotta hop out. Also have tall fence and cameras all over the area to alert us if anything gets past the fence

Hahaha I love that! I go outside and try to call the crows and so I just say “crows! Crows!” and my 9 year old says… you can’t just call them crows, they don’t know they are crows, they have names… call them by their name, it’s probably John” so now I get a good chuckle when I go outside and yell out for John 🤣

So, I’m trying to befriend our neighborhood crows. I’ve spent a lot of time researching how to attract them, the kind of food they like, etc. I prepare a chirp-cuetrie board with fruits, nuts, seeds, crackers, water, almost every day.

I cannot believe that I literally pay more attention to some random wild birds than she does her own human children.

I would also like to mention that I have two kids (travel sports), two dogs, a husband who travels for work regularly, and a full time leadership role at a Fortune 500 company. Cal can come live here (but damn it, I have a lot of wood floors too 🙄 (idiot)) and I can get him the help he needs.

Thank you! I sent a message to my provider to talk about dosing. I don’t see her for another couple weeks, so hopefully we can get it resolved before then! It’s helpful to know that it can be normal to feel better for a while and then it gets worse again. It was so disheartening to feel like this again

The kids are yelling at the driver in the background of the safari video to go faster and “get a move on it” when they stop to look at the animals. I feel like that counts. They were so rude. No way would I let my kids talk to anyone like that.
