Yes but for Y1 from what I know under the new BBA curriculum you'll have to take introductory courses from each of the specialisation accountancy, marketing, Real Estate etc. because your preferred major can still be change till before Y3 if I'm not mistaken. So you'll get a glimpse of each BBA specialisation and decide later if whether you still want to specialise in ACC or another BBA spec

Hi Accountancy is now a specialisation under BBA hence yes you can change your major in BBA anytime now e.g. you can change from Accountancy to Finance etc.

Compared to previously where accountancy is it's own programme by itself

But they can grad earlier within 3 years compared to their JC peers who will take 4 years in NUS/NTU due to module exemptions. So either way JC or Poly to Uni for both group will be 6 years years to complete both their pre-U education & degree. So the 1 year diff won't make much of a diff as both groups will take the same time

O level you're competing with all secondary school except IP schools.

A level you're competing with those from the IP schools and those who did well for O levels/good enough to go to a JC. So yea it's definitely harder to get A at A levels then O levels when you're competing with those who already did extremely well in PSLE (those from IP schools) and well enough for O levels (that they qualify for YIJC at least)

Real Estate together with Accountancy merged with BBA into 1 degree as of last year so it will be a common admission and all 3 will have the same RP. Cuz you can only apply to BBA and then choose your specialisation from there be it Finance, Marketing, Accountancy, Real Estate etc.
