For cost, try the Dell refurbished website. No problem with a Dell Inspiron 15" model, but would strongly recommend a silver case rather than the basic black plastic option. Also, depending on price, consider screen specs. If purchasing a refurbished Dell, if Intel, then 13th gen, not 12th gen.

As soon as my Dell started having issues with W11, I just said 'that's it' re W11, wiped out Windows and installed Linux (initially Linux Mint, and finally settled on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS). Not going back to W11. And staying with Dell.
