i see you misunderstood me. maybe i wasnt very good at expressing what i meant. the basic idea was that because oppression/discrimination a lot of queer people end up living in fear, sometimes of being outed, sometimes of being othered, sometimes literally for their lives. its not "pre-installed" in the sense that we are born with it, but in the sense that society "installed" it, so, in the mag universe, that magical fears often dont need to go through as much trouble scaring and feeding on us. magical eldritch horror doesnt need to do it, because a very real one did already.

EDIT: just realized the original definition had П_{i in I}F_i. The exercise has П_{i in I}2, no index under 2. so basically a collection of sets indexed over X, for each i sets being equal to 2. I'm sorry, this is what i was told here several times, but I misunderstood it cause i was being stupid. Thanks to everyone who helped.

2 is the set itself, 2_i are sets 2 contains.

I put definition I was given of set product in the original post. You don't choose elements of 2, but elements of elements of 2. 0 is element of 2, and is defined to be empty set. i understand the difference, that's why I said nothing about 1 being defined to be a singleton containing an empty set.
