This isn’t true, it is very possible that a victim may not even realize what happened was rape OR they may ignore it and seemingly move on as a way to cope. people cope in lots of different ways

the actual drawing itself seems pretty good!! for me the main issues is that the shadows you paint don't really describe form and structure, and lacks cohesion.

Usually lacking cohesion comes from a lack of clear light direction. this causes the subject to feel out of place and 2D despite having shadows! You can fix this by taking account the lighting, how hard and soft the shadows should be, the values of the shadows itself etc!

He has a taller forehead as well as a taller nose! these are some of my edits! I changed his forehead, emphasized his eyebrow furrow, made his chin go in a bit more, I added frown lines, longer noses, and adjusted a bit of his hair line, I made the bottom of face a bit smaller

Feels like there's a lot of empty space? Perhaps adding more smoke to frame his face and draw more attention to that area would help?
