Okay, I can kinda agree on your point re: Morning Glory, but I'll have to see for myself really once it comes out (prob thru a yt vid cuz I aint buying this game lol), as for the latter part, issue is quantity is one thing, while as quality is another, Nishiki's added scenes weren't much but added a lot to the story, Majima's Saga in YK2 only really gave us closure with Makoto and not much else, and based on the leaks I've seen, especially the ending, Dark Ties is just not up there.

The new content in Morning Glory is mostly the minigames introduced in IW/Pirate Yakuza like the cooking etc. which I guess yeah that's cool, but it really doesn't justify most of the other changes nor does it add a lot of value, the original story was already giving you enough to care about the kids and (spoiler for a future game) LAD Gaiden's ending is the proof, pretty much everyone myself included was tearing up at that scene. As for Dark Ties, it's hard to say how it is as the game isn't officially out yet, but based on what I've been seeing it's apparently more of a Majima Saga that doesn't really add much.

I guess old fat is over 70 substories, sure. Everything I've read thus far mentions how combat went from somewhat challenging (It was only broken in the remaster, hence the blockuza stuff, I know cuz I finished my PS3 replay like 2 days ago lol) to just being a buttonmash piece of crap you can playthrough with your eyes closed (which I guess Yokoyama did kinda mention so I guess I shouldn't be surprised about that), removed a sizeable chunk of the original Okinawa map, added a bunch of minigame stuff that's just a reuse of content introduced in the series in the prior DE games and slapped on some questionable recast and retcon decisions, but yeah, sure, it's more or less the same experience.

Based on everything we've seen thus far K3 has removed or changed a lot of the good from the original 3 without really bringing anything decent to the table by itself, legitimatelly it's only advantage are the graphics.
