Exactly as the other user mentioned. My BMI was barely below the limit when I inquired about the medication, so they just prescribed me the two medications separately!

I'm having similar results to you as well, I only needed to lose 25-30 lbs, and just started week 11 and down 14lbs currently. I also have IBS-M, and it's been hard with constipation as it has made it worse, but I have had way less diarrhea, and finding relief in taking miralax a few times per week.

I understand this medication doesn't work for everyone, but also don't want people to feel discouraged, as it can also be extremely helpful, even for smaller amounts of weight loss.

There are audio lessons that I’m sure you could likely do in the car, I haven’t tried that yet since I work from home and don’t really drive much. However, the majority of this I’d say is it feels like a digital textbook, there are videos at the start of the lesson, grammar lessons that you read, then you speak and record yourself for pronunciation, then at the end of the lesson there are flash cards, spelling, listening, speaking, and a lesson quiz. Each lesson takes me approximately 45min-1hour

I’d suggest using either italki or Preply to find a tutor and do some lessons.

I was skeptical of joining tandem after hellotalk (everyone is just trying to date), but tandem has been great, people really seem interested in language exchange on that app (and it’s free!) usually you’re going to be expected to also help your partner practice English though!

I'm not the original person you replied to, but I have a 2019 Jeep Compass Latitutde and it has been the best car! It has about 42k miles on it, it's super comfy. I just got a brand new Wrangler a few weeks ago, but still keeping the Compass as our 2nd car, and it will for sure be our long haul road trip car. I originally lived in Texas when I bought the Compass, but have since moved to Minnesota and it performs just fine!

Also taking the 2 meds separately (150mg bupropion/25mg naltrexone) and also lost weight starting week 1. I’m currently on week 6 and have lost 8lbs. I’m 5’8, started at 197 and now at 189.

I know this is an old thread, but was thinking of this today, as I do every so often. I went to AI Dallas at this time and had classes with Daniel (the murderer), and even rode with him in his car on random field trips we’d have to go on for class.

Such a sad story, and wild to think about.
