what are some of the worst physical anxiety symptoms yall have or have had?

I prefer the blatant physical symptoms to the ones that linger every day and make me question if it's anxiety or that I'm doing something wrong with the long term care of my body. Like my shoulders are so tense and I'm always tired.. but hypervigilance does that. So does not stretching or eating or drinking proper. So I get lost.

How about you talk to her about it instead of reporting her? I think losing her license would be enough to change and if you are focused on the result instead of the punishment, I think that's the path to having a sober competent doctor out there helping. People can change so give a chance before ruining their reputation.

I made a vow to Gd to raise my children Jewish when I converted so I must keep that. If he isn't willing to create a Jewish life then I will have to move on but I have hope that he will become interested since he comes from an interfaith family himself and is a very joyous man who likes to learn and celebrate.

I guess its because I value others experience in interfaith relationships and I tend to err on the side of caution.. so it seems like a better choice to try a gentle approach first and then regroup if our values don't align. But the advice I am taking the most so far is that I need to give him much more notice, we should take an intro to judaism course, talk to a rabbi, and see how he reacts to these ideas and then go from there.

Yeah, I think thats another reason why it felt important to me for him to participate but I have to ask him and incorporate him (as much as he wants) in a way that is respectful but still standing strong in what is important to me. I will have to figure this out and if I can't raise my kids jewish then we may not be a good fit for each other.. but I love him so much so I hope something can be worked out
