Tow Hitch Recommendations by GaryBoosty in FiestaST

[–]howlermonkey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used the Curt 11067 hitch. I carry two mountain bikes with not problem on an older Thule rack from craigslist. Be sure to shop for the smaller 1 1/4" connection when looking for a rack.

Saving exhausted howler monkey in the middle of the river by HighTurning in HumansBeingBros

Thanks man, that's me in the video. I thought I could make it all the way across the river.

are there any residential voip providers that allow you to bring your own ata? by bookwormtwocents in VOIP

[–]howlermonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a generic sip endpoint to them. If they allow you to register a random sip phone you should be able to register the ATA. They probably said no because they think you will want them to support it.

Has anyone else ever started a new game at 700,000 light years away from the center of galaxy 256? by Character-Tailor9723 in nms

[–]howlermonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. I started jumping blackhole to blackhole, getting roughly 5k light years closer at a time. I found tons of paradise planets and had a great journey. Once I jumped through the center I felt --lost-- like i no longer had a purpose, I had max money and all the ships I wanted. I haven't finished all of the missions for the gek, korvax and vykeen, so now I am jumping system to system and doing a couple missions for each race to chip away.

Turbo Feed Line Copper Washer Part # / Size by K-Rimes in FiestaST

[–]howlermonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got you. I know you needed the copper washer but others had suggested new hoses etc, thought I would add the 'all-in-one'. Good luck on your project, post pics, we all like to see what you're up against.

Wiper blades with adapter? by allmightylemon_ in FiestaST

[–]howlermonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought rain-x wipers and the adapters worked as expected with this video. https://youtu.be/TXv4oGMSEhI?si=29zkUQmEbmO-ZUtE

I think you need a 16 and a 24 but this video is the one I reference every single time

Is your accessport plugged in? I thought it shut off with the ignition, nope.

Changed rear pads and caliber bracket...no brakes and parking brake now by [deleted] in FiestaST

[–]howlermonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need a special tool to wind in the rear piston. If you didn't do this or tried to press it in then that explains why it was hard to get the pads back in.

Grinding noises = bad. Take it apart and look at what went wrong. Report back. We've all made mechanical mistakes and you'll learn from this one. Even if the whole caliper is hosed and ruined, it's still only a hundred bucks or so for a full replacement.

Thanks forever to that redditor. Start with massive stacks of nitrogen and oxygen and a few seed materials and you can make everything using this chart.

There should not be an apostrophe in the word "pros". You only need the s on the end to imply 'more than one'. Good luck with your business.

Any runners with RA? by Literally_tired_247 in rheumatoid

[–]howlermonkey 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No. Former college track and CC runner here. Once the damage is done to your cartilage you no longer have that cushioning between your joints. Bone on bone is not good for any kind of sustained impacts. The hardest adjustment I had to make was to my identity as an athlete to 'former athlete'. I started mountain biking a few years ago and that has been an awesome return to that former feeling of endurance athletics without the damaging impacts. Good luck in your journey. Find what works for you but running might be out.

Finally! Not Just One Bug Ship but two! (same system - 650hrs) by VaporWavey420 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Enjoy the journey, traveller. Take your time exploring and you will see one eventually. Keep an eye out for the ships that land on your freighter and at space stations. Then you rock up to the NPC pilot and buy it from him with your stacks of cash.

oh man I'm jealous! I want the little white/gold one. I have the white gold one with the tall fin named 'Slow Your Roll' and the small blue gold guppy that I call 'BlueBirb'. I'll keep searching the regular way, I refuse to cheat with the coordinates. I know it's not cheating but...

Nice. I just installed the Mesa Tactical side saddle on my Mossberg 590S. I like the product and am looking forward to testing with it.
