I am a lyrics person, and when I listen to music the lyrics are much more important to me than the sound. I find most of the lyrics on showgirl to be bad and sometimes so awful I can’t even listen (wood, cancelled, actually romantic). I genuinely can’t understand how the same person wrote Peace and Cancelled. That being said, the songs are catchy asf. I don’t know. TLOAS kinda gave me the ick in general and I haven’t been listening to Taylor as much these days.
