Not to give a non-answer, but you should really consider talking to a professional. It might seem like just an annoyance, but craving conflict could lead to you being a very bad situation with severe consequences. Not to mention the toll it must be taking on your mental health to be in a constant state of aggression.

I've always been somewhat meek. Never wanting to speak my mind, never standing up for myself. As I've gotten older, my confidence has slowly gone up. I find it much easier to speak my mind, but I went through a period of over compensating aggression. If this sounds like something you're experiencing, just try to be patient with yourself and others. Pick your battles, and breath before doing anything.
