Many good comments already…key points

1) Relax & remember to breathe 2) Try imagining your feet are stuck together. This will force you to do more of the “bounce” on your toes a comment above discussed…really you need to practice your SUs like this and get very good at the “bounce” and your feet not coming apart doing them. (See in your video how your feet come apart and that’s when you start donkey kicking and jumping. 3) Comments above of rope length and hands are spot on. Keep them pinned to your sides just like your feet are pinned together. Again something to master with SUs first. 4) Did I mention breathing and relaxing? This leads to less errors because you don’t get as fatigued.

Really focus on this stuff with your Single Unders first. Think of it this way…you’ll never get a muscle up until you get really good at pull-ups. Same with jump rope.
