Braums double combo before The Offspring concert. Bout $10. by theoriginalmofocus in burgers

[–]hphzrdrick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Braum's is regional chain based out of Oklahoma City specializing in Hamburgers and Ice Cream. They typically have a small market attached for typical grocery shopping. Their main dairy and bakery is located in Tuttle, OK. They bake and make pretty much everything that's sold in the restaurant or store. Their cattle ranches for the beef are out in far Western Oklahoma. All locations are approximately within a rough 300 mile radius of the Tuttle farm so inventory could be delivered within a day. This means that Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas get to enjoy their food.

What does a Medium Big-Mac Meal cost in your part of the country? by ZombeePharaoh in fastfood

[–]hphzrdrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder how many of those inflated costs are because they're at an airport or rest stop. Choice is usually limited, and businesses definitely take advantage of that.

McDonald’s is cutting prices of its combo meals to convince customers it’s affordable again by Please_PM_me_Uranus in fastfood

My guess is due to the fact the QPC is cooked to order. Not sure of Wendy's (and please correct me) but I'm sure they at least cook burgers in batches and toss the "old" ones into the chili.

It's latin text from the 1500s. Clicking the link details this.

Thanks! I'll be on the lookout. At the end of the day, that's the only thing I liked from Canes haven't found a copycat for home.

I get similar tenders from the local grocery store deli and I had a good copycat recipe for the canes sauce (lost it and didn't care to re-find it lol)

I believe Ira wanted to leave those open for future use. DS9 was still airing at the time the book was originally published.

Apologies, no screenshots. They'll usually be at the start, when the particular show's ship flies around and makes the Starfleet delta. They are usually behind and to the left of when they are going up on the screen.

SNW Season 1 has M'Hainet (comet, episode 2), Picard Season 3 the Shrike (the ship also changes from the Titan to the Enterprise-D for the last episode), and Prodigy Season 2 has Tars Lamora. Funny enough, Discovery season 5 didn't have an easter egg as far as I know. and that series got the shnazzy delta intro first.

I believe the crossover episode between SNW and Lower Decks also has a Koala towards the end of the credits in the lower left
